Our goal is to always provide you a top quality product. We never anticipate that you will be unhappy with the end product. However we are able to provide returns/reprints in the following cases:

• Printer Error — This includes anything printed that was not supposed to be part of the design.
• Misspelling — If there is an error on our part that was not approved by you prior to going to press, we will reprint your invites or refund your money depending on your preference.

We do not give refunds for the following:

• A cancelled wedding
• Slight ink variation on orders placed at separate times. We encourage you to order everything at the same time so it goes on the press together to insure shade matching.
• Slight color variation between your monitor and the printed invitation as all monitors display color slightly differently.
• Name misspellings that were not caught by you before going to press.
• Address misspellings that were not caught by you before going to press, as addresses vary and cannot be confirmed by us.

If you need to return any items, please contact us for authorization before sending them. Once we receive the items, we will process your request in the most appropriate manner.
