Q. What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
A. Usually from order to shipment our turnaround time is about 10 business days.
This allows 3 business days for the bride to approve the electronic proof and then
5-7 business days to go to press. This time period may vary depending on when we
get approval from the bride to move forward to the printing stage.
Q. Do you have a storefront?
A. We are a family-owned operation and do not have a storefront, however we can schedule
appointments in-home or at a local venue to present our product and answer any
questions the bride might have or mail sample packets to showcase our services and products to clients who are not local.
Q. What type of paper do you use to print your product on?
A. We use 100 lb. smooth white uncoated cardstock made from 10% post-consumer recycled fibers. Our paper is both Sustainable Forestry Initiative Certified and Forest Steward Council Certified. We only print on uncoated cardstock so it can be recycled by your guests. Some companies choose to print items on coated papers which cannot be recycled.
Q. Why don't you print on colored paper?
A. We do not use colored paper which can mute some of the ink tones and make colors seem dull.
Printing on matte white paper brings out the richness of the colors in your wedding paper.
Q. What type of printing process do you use?
A. We use a state-of-the-art HP Indigo 5500 digital press. Digital printing offers
the quality of offset printing (the type of printing typically used to print high
quality commercial materials such as magazines) with lower set up costs. The lower
set up cost allows us to pass on more affordable wedding paper to you. We also use
a four-color ink process which provides vibrancy to your wedding paper.
Q. Are envelopes included in my order?
A. Yes. Invitations, Save the Dates, Response Cards and Thank You Cards all come
with heavy 70 lb. white envelopes. Many are made from 100% recycled paper. We do
not include envelopes with Reception Cards as they generally are placed with the
invitation inside the same envelope.
Q. What about extra envelopes?
A. We include 10 extra invitation envelopes automatically with every order. If you have need
for more, please contact us and let us know of your need. We can include extra
envelopes for a small fee of .20 per envelope.
Q. Do you include inner envelopes?
A. Outer envelopes come standard with all orders. Because of the more casual nature of our designs we do not provide inner envelopes as a standard option. However if this is something you require, please contact us and we will work with you.
Q. Do you print return addresses on response card envelopes?
A. Yes, we will print the address you provide, on the response card envelopes in black ink with the standard font (non-script font) found on your ordered wedding paper free of charge.
Q. Do you print return addresses on the back of invitation envelopes?
A. We can print the return address on the back flap of your invitation envelopes in brown or black ink for a flat fee of $50. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
Q. Can I customize any of your products?
A. Yes. Any products can be customized by color, font and/or wording. For response,
save the dates and reception cards, we will gather custom text information upon
check-out. For invitations or for any color or font changes on any items please
fill out our customization form through our website before placing your order. In
the comments field please specify what item the customization is for (invitation,
save the date, response card etc.). This way you can make sure the changes are
what you envisioned before placing your order.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We offer returns for the following reasons:
- Printer Error — This includes anything printed that was not supposed to be part
of the design.
- Misspelling — If there is an error on our part that was not approved by you prior to going to press,
we will reprint your order or refund your money depending on your preference.

Q. What if I need a rush on my order?
A. If time is an issue, please contact us before placing your order and let us know
your time constraints. Usually we can get your order to you very quickly. If you
live within the Denver-metro area, we can also hand deliver shipments if time is a factor.
